You will be someone who is both comfortable working pro-actively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO's partners to help businesses effectively. You will be a key member of the Global Employer Services group, this role will provide reward and share schemes services for a wide range of clients. You will be responsible for assisting Directors & Partners in providing Tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients.
The primary responsibility will be to deal with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of existing clients and assist with the development of targets in order to ensure the continued growth of the business. Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownership.
An in depth knowledge of EMI, ESS and knowledge of reward tax and related areas such as employment, NIC and capital gains tax etc. Awareness of accounting, employment law and company law implications of share incentives.
