You'll be providing Tax Advisory services to start-ups and scale-ups, to private businesses and FTSE listed multinationals. Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage your own tasks and work effectively with others, communicating regularly with senior managers, Directors, and BDO's Partners to serve clients effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery and providing additional value to clients.
  • Be actively involved in tax advisory and compliance work for a range of clients, including start-ups, scale-ups, private businesses, and FTSE-listed multinationals.

Experience/ capabilities we expect:

  • An in depth, up to date, knowledge of taxation with specialist knowledge and the ability to deal with complex tax issues.
  • Experience of dealing with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of clients.
  • Experience of managing a portfolio of clients including control of client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries, together with cash collection.
  • Ability to provide Tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients using resources from a shared service team or via technology tools.
  • An understanding of potential risks to the Firm in relation to the Firm's quality control procedures.
  • Experience of leading complex projects.
  • Educated to degree level and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
