Associate Director - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Overview
In this dynamic role, you'll take a lead role in executing our growth plan for FP&A, coordinating both the rollout of our proposition to market and the delivery of FP&A work across our business, focusing on scale‑up and growth businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Seek and convert new business opportunities.
- Ensure quality client work and manage client expectations.
- Commercially manage a portfolio.
- Identify and highlight opportunities for enhancing delivery and providing additional services to clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering FP&A services.
- Experience building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Problem‑solving and commercial management skills.
- Experience with a variety of FP&A tools and strong Excel/Power BI skills.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team to deliver projects.
You’ll be someone who can work pro‑actively, managing your own tasks, but also be confident collaborating with others, communicating regularly with senior managers, Directors, and BDO’s Partners to enable us to serve our clients effectively.
