You will be providing Tax Advisory services to start-ups and scale-ups, private businesses and FTSE listed multinationals. Each of our clients has different needs, and in applying your expertise in different contexts, you'll develop your skills and gain valuable experience throughout your career.

You should be someone who can work pro-actively, managing your own tasks, while also collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, Directors, and BDO's Partners.
This role will provide Tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients. The primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of clients and assist Partners in both client work and group management. You will also be involved in special assignments on an ad hoc basis.
Responsibilities:- Be a stakeholder in the delivery of the Tax strategic framework with regular involvement in tax planning and complex tax issues.
- Keep the Partner informed about any new business opportunities arising on existing and new clients.
- Develop your own network of contacts internally and externally.
- Be responsible for the review and delivery of final advice to clients.
- Respond quickly to client requests/needs and maintain regular contact with clients.
- Coach and develop junior members of staff.
- Seek innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Lead large scale or complex projects within your area of expertise.
- An in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of taxation with specialist knowledge to deal with complex tax issues.
- Project and staff management experience.
- Ability to manage a substantial client portfolio profitably while seeking opportunities for developing new clients.
- Experience dealing with client senior management.
- Educated to degree level and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
- Demonstrable post-qualified experience.
