We work with companies that are Britain’s economic engine – ambitious, entrepreneurially-spirited and high‑growth businesses that fuel the economy - and directly advise the owners and management teams that lead them.

Our Tax team is friendly, driven and diverse, servicing clients across the country and around the world. By providing expertise in many different specialist areas of tax, they collaborate across BDO to deliver wider business solutions. If you’re after a career that will keep you on your toes, we’ll give you the autonomy to drive your career forward.

Working with a broad client base, from start-ups to multinationals, the team works with companies as a whole and with individual employees to help them with some of the biggest decisions of their lives.

You’ll need strong people skills to build relationships defined by trust. You’ll be part of a growing tight-knit team with an emphasis on assigning work that broadens your capabilities. Combined with direct access to partners on a day-to-day basis, this is your chance to become an expert and build a career based on what you’re good at and what you find interesting.

Leading organisations trust us because of the quality of our advice, which grows from a thorough understanding of their business. You’ll be comfortable working pro-actively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO’s partners.

You will be a key member of the Global Employer Services group, providing reward and share schemes services for a wide range of clients. You will assist Directors & Partners in providing Tax compliance and advisory services, managing a portfolio of existing clients and assisting with the development of targets to ensure continued growth.
