As an Associate in our Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSHC) Strategy & Commercial Due Diligence team, you will support the delivery of high-quality analysis on transactions and growth strategy projects for corporate and private equity clients. You will work closely with Managers and senior team members to conduct market research, analyse data, develop insights and contribute to client deliverables across pharma, biotech, medical devices, and healthcare services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their consulting or industry career to deepen their expertise in LSHC, gain exposure to commercial due diligence, and build strong analytical and consulting skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will be someone with:

  • Experience or strong interest in Commercial Due Diligence, growth strategy, or analytical roles within Life Sciences & Healthcare (e.g. Pharma, biotech, medtech, healthcare services).
  • Understanding of core LSHC market dynamics, value chains and trends, or the motivation to quickly develop sector knowledge.
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure information clearly and logically.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in project teams, manage workload effectively, and deliver high-quality work under timelines.
  • Willingness to learn, take guidance, and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
