As the e-Discovery Director, you'll take the lead of the e-Discovery team and manage complex eDiscovery and Forensic Services projects. You'll provide strategic recommendations to clients throughout the EDRM process. You'll effectively manage risk and develop detailed procedures. As a team, you'll provide high quality advice, training and technical assistance to both internal and external clients. As a leader, you'll develop opportunities to grow the practice and will be involved in networking with potential clients, proposals, and supporting pitches.
This position is based in London; however, candidates should be prepared to travel as some engagements can require working at client sites within the UK and internationally.
Qualifications:- Excellent knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
- Extensive experience with Relativity and a certified administrator (RCA)
- Experience leading teams and managing large/small client-facing engagements, involving research, analysis, and the interpretation of complex information into non-technical language
- Business development experience
- Exceptional analytical skills, creative, efficient and delivers timely solutions to problems
- Technical experience in Windows servers and Exchange, SQL and MySQL databases
- Knowledge of digital forensic applications such as FTK, EnCase or other eDiscovery applications, such as Clearwell, Recommind, Nuix, Concordance (an advantage)
- Proactive self-management
- Confidence in collaboration with others and communication with senior managers, directors, and BDO’s partners
- The ability to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing delivery and providing additional services to organisations
