The firm is looking to recruit a Learning and Development Administrator to support BDO's Shared Service centre (SSC). This team is one of several Hubs within BDO's rapidly growing SSC. SSC team members work internally within the business providing support to the external facing members of BDO. The role involves providing support for the overall PQ (Professional Qualifications) Group service delivery, ensuring the needs of internal customers and SLAs are met.

You will develop as a subject matter expert for L&D administration and represent industry best practice, working closely with the Professional Qualifications and SSC L&D Team to manage central administration and enable the analysis of the learning offering. This role reports into the Learning and Development Team Leader.

You will have:

  • Experience of working with learning management systems
  • Experience of working with external vendors and managing billing, invoicing and service level agreements
  • Excellent IT / Excel skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and experience of collaborative working in a Centre of Excellence Model preferable
  • Experience of learning analytics and interpretation of data to produce meaningful reports and information
  • Some stakeholder management skills demonstrating appropriate levels of gravitas and credibility
