You will be a key member of the Global Employer Services group, providing reward and share schemes services for a wide range of clients. You will be responsible for assisting Directors & Partners in providing Tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients. The primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of existing clients and assist with the development of targets to ensure the continued growth of the business.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownership
- An in-depth knowledge of EMI, ESS and knowledge of reward tax and related areas such as employment, NIC and capital gains tax
- Expertise on split interest, freezer and nil paid arrangements
- Experience in the preparation of share valuations and liaison with HMRC
- Staff management and mentoring experience
- Awareness of accounting, employment law and company law implications of share incentives
- Experience of dealing directly with clients including agreement of fees
- Educated to degree level (LLB preferred), and/or CTA and/or ATT/ACA qualified or equivalent
