Global Employer Services help companies and individuals moving countries and assist with any tax implications that occur in the move. Working with a broad client base, from start-ups to multinationals, the team works with companies as a whole and with individual employees to help them with some of the biggest decisions of their lives. Strong people skills are essential to build relationships defined by trust.

You will be a key member of the Global Employer Services group, providing reward and share schemes services for a wide range of clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Advising on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownership
  • In-depth knowledge of EMI, ESS, and related areas such as employment, NIC, and capital gains tax
  • Expertise on split interest, freezer, and nil paid arrangements
  • Preparation of share valuations and liaison with HMRC
  • Staff management and mentoring experience
  • Awareness of accounting, employment law, and company law implications of share incentives
  • Experience of dealing directly with clients including agreement of fees
  • Educated to degree level (LLB preferred), and/or CTA and/or ATT/ACA qualified or equivalent
