BDO’s Tax team requires a dedicated senior professional to advise a wide range of clients as well as support the team’s operational and developmental needs.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent service to clients and build strong internal and external relationships, acting as a major point of contact within the firm.
- Provide tax compliance and advisory services across a variety of clients, using shared service resources or technology tools when appropriate.
- Manage a substantial client portfolio, controlling client take‑on, engagement, billings and identifying opportunities to improve recoveries and cash collection.
- Identify potential risks to the firm in relation to quality control procedures and report to the appropriate person.
- Counsel, appraise, develop and motivate staff as appropriate.
- Coach and develop junior staff to foster a culture of team development.
- Support, train, mentor and advise colleagues.
- Lead large and/or complex projects.
