By providing expertise in many different specialist areas of tax, they collaborate across BDO to deliver wider business solutions. Global Employer Services help companies and individuals moving countries and assist with any tax implications that occur in the move.

You'll be someone who is comfortable working pro-actively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO's partners.

You will be a key member of the Global Employer Services group, providing reward and share schemes services for a wide range of clients. You will assist Directors & Partners in providing Tax compliance and advisory services, managing a portfolio of existing clients and assisting with the development of targets to ensure continued growth.

  • Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownership.
  • In-depth knowledge of EMI, ESS and related areas such as employment, NIC and capital gains tax.
  • Awareness of accounting, employment law and company law implications of share incentives.
