Our Corporate Tax practice sits at the heart of our Tax function and works collaboratively with others across BDO, offering clients in the UK and overseas expert advice and solutions that help them overcome their challenges.

Role: Provide Tax Advisory services to a varied client portfolio, including start‑ups, scale‑ups, private businesses and FTSE listed multinationals. The role requires proactive task management, collaboration with senior managers, Directors, and Partners, and the ability to identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • In depth, up‑to‑date knowledge of UK taxation with specialist knowledge to handle complex tax issues, and project and staff management experience.
  • Manage a substantial client portfolio profitably, actively seeking new clients and opportunities to sell additional services.
  • Provide tax compliance and advisory services using shared service resources or technology tools.
  • Manage engagement charter, billings, recoveries, and cash collection.
  • Identify and report potential risks to the firm relative to quality control procedures.
  • Guide and supervise less experienced colleagues, providing support, training and mentoring.
  • Lead complex projects.

Educated to degree level and/or CTA, ACA qualified or equivalent. Demonstrable post‑qualified experience.
