About the Role

Our Forensic Technology team specialises in collecting, processing and analysing a wide range of e‑data storage devices. The role involves identifying and securing electronic evidence for financial investigations, general commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes and corruption investigations. You will be involved in employee dispute cases, high‑profile multi‑jurisdictional litigation and work within our internationally networked team. The position is London‑based with occasional travel to engagements across the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, process and analyse e‑data storage devices;
  • Identify and secure electronic evidence;
  • Support financial investigations, commercial litigation, IP disputes and corruption investigations;
  • Collaborate with senior managers, directors and partners;
  • Identify opportunities to enhance delivery and provide additional services.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in eDiscovery and with Relativity.
  • Ability to articulate complex information clearly in non‑technical language.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to delivering solutions.
  • Efficient and effective time‑management and organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver a solution‑driven approach.
  • Experience with other hosted document‑review technologies (e.g., Nuix, Recommind, Clearwell, Ringtail).
  • Good understanding of forensic procedures and best practices.
