As a Director, you will lead the team in managing complex eDiscovery and Forensic Services projects. You will provide strategic recommendations to clients throughout the EDRM process, manage risk, develop detailed procedures, and guide the team to deliver high‑quality advice, training, and technical assistance to both internal and external client groups. You will also identify opportunities to develop the business through networking, proposals, and pitches. This position is based in London. Candidates should be prepared to travel to client sites within the UK and internationally.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
- Extensive experience with Relativity, including certification as a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA)
- Management experience leading teams and managing complex client‑facing engagements of various sizes, including research, analysis, and interpretation of complex information into non‑technical language
- Business development experience
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a creative and effective approach to producing timely solutions to problems
- Technical experience in Windows servers and exchange, SQL and MySQL databases
- Knowledge of digital forensic applications such as FTK, EnCase or other eDiscovery applications, such as Clearwell, Recommind, Nuix, Concordance is an advantage
- A focus on emerging eDiscovery or Forensic Technology technologies and methodologies
