Whether it’s advising clients on high-profile specialisms like VAT or leading the implementation of intelligent technology solutions, you’ll enjoy variety as well as stretch in your role. You’ll be providing VAT Advisory services to start-ups and scale-ups, to private businesses and FTSE listed multinationals. You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience of managing a large and varied portfolio of clients and assist with the development of targets in order to ensure the continued growth of the business.
- Significant understanding of and previous experience within UK VAT compliance, dealing with the annual process of both small clients and those with a much more extensive number of assignees.
- In-depth knowledge of recent key updates and areas of focus in the area of VAT.
- Responsibility for VAT compliance for own portfolio and involved in any VAT advice required by your clients, assisting the Managers and Senior Managers in delivering this.
- Experience of dealing directly with HMRC.
- Educated to degree level, and ideally CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
