An accountancy and business advisory firm, providing the advice and solutions businesses need to navigate today's changing world. Our clients are Britain's economic engine: ambitious, entrepreneurially-spirited and high growth businesses that fuel the economy - and the owners and management teams that lead them.
Our Advisory team provides a wide variety of services that deliver value-led advice and outcomes. They have an in-depth knowledge of business, industry sectors and markets and understand the constantly changing risks and opportunities at the heart of our clients' affairs. The team works across strategy, operations and improvement as well as at a transactional and defined project level. From technology to risk advisory, they are experts in following through on top-level instructions and resolving the finer details all in one straightforward package.
When you join them, you'll work on some of the world's most exciting financial operations and business deals, building your experience and expertise alongside the brightest minds in the industry.
Our clients trust us because of the quality of our advice. That quality grows from a thorough understanding of their business, and that understanding comes from working closely with clients and building long-lasting relationships. You'll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.
Our Risk Advisory Services (RAS) team helps organisations understand, manage and respond to risk in an increasingly complex and fast-moving environment. We work with a diverse portfolio of clients across the commercial and not-for-profit sectors, providing assurance and advisory support that strengthens governance, enhances controls and drives better decision-making.
As part of the team, you'll work on a wide range of internal audit, risk and advisory engagements, gaining exposure to different industries, business models and operating environments. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm, applying innovative approaches, data analytics and professional judgement to deliver insights that add real value for our clients.
As a Senior Executive within Risk & Advisory Services (RAS), you will play an important role in delivering high-quality internal audit, assurance and advisory services to our clients. You will be hands-on in the execution of engagements, building strong technical capability, developing professional judgement, and supporting the effective delivery of engagements. Alongside this, you will act as a role model for junior team members, helping to build a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
An inquisitive and proactive mindset, with the confidence to challenge constructively, think critically about risks and controls, and contribute ideas that enhance audit quality and ways of working is essential.
Qualifications include ACA, ACCA, CIA, CMIIA/MIIA, CCAB or equivalent, with relevant experience in risk management, internal audit and systems/controls testing. Awareness of compliance, legislative and wider market issues relevant to client organisations, and the ability to consider these when identifying risks and audit findings is important.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate evidence, interpret data and support clear, well-reasoned conclusions are required.
