Responsibilities

  • Present the professional face of the firm by greeting visitors on arrival and contacting the member of staff concerned
  • Primary responsibility for meeting room bookings using the Meeting Room Booking System
  • To provide an exceptional client experience and support client initiatives within the firm, as well as being responsive and helping to create a positive impression at all touch points
  • Order catering requirements
  • General Housekeeper duties – ensuring all areas are clean and tidy
  • Kitchen areas supply and tidy daily
  • Consumable orders and coffee machines
  • Check desk monitor hardware weekly
  • Stationery orders and tidy up stations / printers
  • Receiving deliveries of documents and requisitions
  • Order couriers / dispatches as necessary
  • May have responsibility for car park bookings using the Meeting Room Booking System
  • Monitor maintenance call outs
  • Passport verification (right to work checks to support onboarding)
  • Assist with Facilities, cleaners and various contractors
  • Office IT Liaison
  • Access control – activate and disable office passes
  • Dealing with incoming post
