Playing an important support role at BDO, our Secretarial and Administration team contributes to our success by taking responsibility for planning and organisation. Their proactive approach ensures our projects operate seamlessly and co-operation remains strong across our firm. You’ll be someone who is comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO’s partners.
Principal Responsibilities- Process client and project acceptance in line with anti-money laundering regulations
- Manage the client onboarding and KYC requirements for multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate statutory searches
- Prepare and circulate reports for client team
- Manage the client profile set ups in various systems including global portal
- Maintain relevant file documentation and manage project workflow
- Liaise various tasks & milestones within online applications for projects
- Support the maintenance of the resource booking system
- Maintain the regulatory requirements within the department
- Client billing and correspondence, liaise with the SSC for completion
- Production of various client document packs, finalising documentation
- Coordinate key meetings for the client teams to ensure delivery deadlines are kept
- Liaison with the shared service centre and business support hub to complete tasks
- Support coding supplier invoices

- Confidence working with a variety of key stakeholders and varying needs
- IT skills especially Excel, MS Dynamics, Word, MS Teams, One Drive & SharePoint, DMS, portals (Administration experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with Workday preferred

- The ability to build relationships and work within a team environment across streams and offices
