We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the delivery of complex valuation and advisory engagements focused on real estate valuations. This role will combine technical valuation expertise, project management, client engagement and support for wider business development activity.
You'll be someone with:
- Valuation experience gained ideally from a major financial institution or another professional services firm.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Real Estate valuations.
- Proven ability to manage valuation projects from inception to completion, delivering high quality reports to demanding deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, business writing and Excel modelling skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong academic background, ideally supported by a relevant professional qualification such as ACA or CFA.
