The team works across strategy, operations and improvement as well as at a transactional and defined project level. You’ll be someone with:

  • Good working knowledge of transaction services.
  • Previous experience of managing teams.
  • Self‑starter who enjoys working as part of a team, but can also work autonomously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to build networking relationships with referrers.
  • A basis for an area of focus, such as a sector or a channel, so that future Business Development activities have a focus.
  • Demonstrates a pro‑active approach to continuous development.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience.
