The Expatriate team within Global Employer Services assist employers and their employees who are moving countries, working cross border or internationally and assist with any tax and social security implications that arise. Working with a broad client base, from start-ups to multinationals, the team works with businesses as a whole and with individual employees to help them with one of the biggest experiences of their lives.

You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients. This role will provide Expatriate Tax compliance and advisory services to a range of clients. The primary responsibility will be to deal with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of clients, supporting the Manager/Senior Manager as required. You will also provide assistance to Director/Principals/Partners in both client work and in the management of the group and on occasions the practice. You will be involved in special assignments on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements:

• An in depth, up to date, knowledge of taxation with specialist knowledge and the ability to deal with complex tax issues
• Project and staff management experience
• Ability to manage a substantial client portfolio profitably whilst being able to actively seek opportunities for developing new clients and for selling new services to existing clients
• Experience of dealing with client senior management
• Educated to degree level and ideally CTA and/or ATT qualified or equivalent or qualified by experience
• Demonstrable post qualified experience
