The Partner Office team is responsible for partner HR and partner planning matters and supports the Executive Board with ad hoc projects.

As Partner Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operational delivery of the Central Partner Operations function. You will ensure high-quality execution across Partner Operations, Partner HR Services, and Partner Performance and Recognition, delivering consistent processes, robust controls, and an excellent service to partners and leadership. You will translate strategic direction and governance requirements into operational plans, workflows, and effective team delivery.

You will provide operational leadership across the Central Partner Operations function, ensuring the effective delivery of Partner Operations, Partner HR Services, and Partner Performance and Recognition activities. You will lead and support the team and SSC resource, managing priorities, workflows, and capacity to deliver a high-quality service. You will oversee key partner lifecycle processes, including promotions, onboarding, partner changes and retirements, performance and reward cycles, and other partner-related activities. You will also ensure robust governance, controls, and quality standards are maintained across all processes, using data and management information to support decision-making, identifying operational risks, and driving continuous improvement to deliver an efficient and consistent partner experience.

You’ll be someone with:

  • Experience working in HR at manager level ideally within a professional services environment, with a proven track record of service delivery.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, preferably Workday, and legal matters related to HR is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong operational leadership experience in complex people or HR processes.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience managing sensitive HR or partner-related information.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior leadership.
  • Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder cycles (e.g., performance, reward, promotions) is preferred.
  • Experience of line management of a small team or individuals.
  • Ability to identify, design and deliver process improvements.
