You’ll be providing Tax Advisory services to start-ups and scale-ups, to private businesses and FTSE listed multinationals. You’ll be someone who is both comfortable working pro-actively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO’s partners to help businesses effectively. You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.
In this role, you will work with a team to provide VAT compliance and advisory services for a wide range of corporate clients in the FTSE100, FTSE250, AIM and private equity backed and privately owned businesses. You will provide assistance to senior members of staff, communicating with managers/directors/partners on a regular basis.
You’ll be someone with:
- Competence on routine compliance work
- Previous experience within tax compliance
- Tax advisory experience preferable but not essential
- Excellent knowledge of Tax compliance products as well as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Able to demonstrate the keenness to develop a career within the profession
