We are looking for an individual to join our fast‐growing Private Equity funds tax team. In this role you will develop technical, commercial and client relationship skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Run client relationships and act as the key point of contact, ensuring prompt and anticipatory responses to client requests and maintaining regular contact.
- Oversee a portfolio of clients, delivering tax compliance and advisory services, managing billing and risk, with support from senior team members.
- Deal with varied tax issues, supported by partners and directors.
- Leverage internal networks to serve clients in the UK and internationally.
- Coach and develop junior staff members.
- Drive your growth and demonstrate key skills to progress within the firm.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and develop, with interest in the private equity sector.
- Ideally qualified ACA/CTA (or equivalent) with demonstrable post‐qualified experience.
- Experience in mixed tax, corporate and/or partnership tax compliance and advisory roles (private equity fund and management structure experience is a plus but not essential).
- Experience dealing with client stakeholders, senior management and supervising staff.
- Self‐motivated with excellent communication skills.
