Overview A Director within Risk Advisory Services (RAS) will lead the development and growth of the Life Sciences Risk Advisory practice.
The role includes originating, shaping and winning significant opportunities across the sector, establishing trusted relationships with boards, CFOs and executive teams, and leading large, complex engagements from pursuit to delivery.
Working closely with the wider leadership team, the Director will develop and execute the Life Sciences growth strategy, identifying emerging market opportunities, creating innovative proposals and establishing BDO as a recognised leader within the sector.
The role offers considerable autonomy to shape market approach, target priority opportunities and build a portfolio aligned to expertise and ambitions.

Key Qualifications A proven ability to originate, win and deliver significant controls, risk or governance engagements.

Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth.
The ability to create and execute innovative go‑to‑market strategies and client propositions.
