Our Shared Service Centre team (SSC) provides essential support to a number of teams across our firm. As part of this friendly department, you’ll have the chance to work on exciting projects and develop your skillset. In this role you'll:
- Manage and complete Print Portal tickets.
- Undertake post-scanning and associated document handling activities.
- Support office facilities requirements and day-to-day workplace services.
- Assist with large-scale office events and other operational activities.
- Provide support to ensure the smooth running of the Operations function.
You’ll be someone with:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy when handling print requests, scanned documents and operational records.
- Proficient IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications and general office technology.
- Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexible and proactive approach to work, with the ability to support office facilities, events and operational activities while adapting to changing business needs.
