The HR Workday Product Specialist will be a member of the HR Workday Product Team and responsible for the day-to-day management and support of the HCM product suite of Workday. Reporting to the Senior HR Workday Manager, you will work on technical support, product development, and cross-functional projects. In this busy and rewarding role you’ll also:
- Provide guidance to the support team on more complex queries
- Work on all sizes of configuration items, dependent on your skill set and cross-skilling
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Workday Finance, Reporting, and Integration teams
- Manage system configuration, business process, and security changes whilst ensuring compliance with our internal audits
- Deliver projects of varying complexity
- Work as a team to deliver value to the business
- Work on and support the bi-annual product releases
You’ll be someone with:
- Demonstrable experience of Workday HCM
- Knowledge across a number of Workday HR Modules
- In-depth knowledge of Business process configuration and other HCM functionality
- The ability to tell the difference between roles, domains, groups, and security policies
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with the wider team and business stakeholders
- Experience of using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing solution
- Experience of writing reports and running EIBs
