As the e-Discovery Director you will take the lead of the e-Discovery team and manage complex e-Discovery and Forensic Services projects. You will provide strategic recommendations to clients throughout the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) process, effectively manage risk, and develop detailed procedures. Your role will include delivering high quality advice, training, and technical assistance to both internal and external clients, as well as developing opportunities to grow the practice through networking with potential clients, contributing to proposals, and supporting pitches. This position is based in London, however candidates should be prepared to travel as some engagements require working at client sites within the UK and internationally.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
- Extensive experience with Relativity and a certified administrator (RCA)
- Experience leading teams and managing client-facing engagements involving research, analysis, and interpretation of complex information into non-technical language
- Business development experience
- Exceptional analytical skills, creativity, efficiency, and the ability to deliver timely solutions to problems
- Technical experience in Windows servers, Exchange, SQL and MySQL databases
- Knowledge of digital forensic applications such as FTK, EnCase, Clearwell, Recommind, Nuix, or Concordance is an advantage
