Alongside solving a constantly evolving range of technical challenges, working in this team means building strong relationships with individuals so you can become their trusted advisor and oversee their tax affairs in line with what they want to achieve. You’ll need excellent people skills and strong technical ability as you visit clients in their own environments. Responsibilities

  • You’ll be someone who can work pro‑actively, managing your own tasks, but you’ll also be confident collaborating with others, communicating regularly with Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, and BDO’s Partners to enable us to serve our clients effectively.
  • You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.

Role Requirements

  • Competency on routine work without generating significant Manager review points.
  • Significant understanding of and previous experience within personal tax compliance.
  • Tax advisory experience preferable but not essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of Tax compliance products as well as Microsoft suite.
  • Able to demonstrate the keenness to develop a career within the profession.
  • CTA and/or ATT qualified or qualified by experience.
