Responsibilities

  • You will proactively manage your own tasks, collaborate with colleagues across the organization, and communicate regularly with senior managers, directors, and partners to effectively serve clients.
  • You will identify and highlight opportunities to enhance delivery and provide additional services to clients.
  • Provide tax advisory services to a range of clients, including start‑ups, scale‑ups, private businesses, and multinationals, managing a portfolio of clients and the associated billing, recoveries, and cash collection.

Qualifications

  • An in depth, up to date knowledge of taxation with specialist knowledge and the ability to deal with complex tax issues.
  • Experience of dealing with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of clients.
  • Experience of managing a portfolio of clients including control of client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries, together with cash collection.
  • Ability to provide tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients using resources from a shared service team or via technology tools.
  • An understanding of potential risks to the firm in relation to the firm’s quality control procedures.
  • Experience of leading complex projects.
  • Educated to degree level and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
