Audit Cluster Senior Resource Manager

The Cluster Senior Resource Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, performance and continuous improvement of the resourcing function across a portfolio of business units within the cluster. The role ensures a consistent, effective and commercially focused approach to workforce planning, resource deployment, capacity management and talent utilisation. Working through Senior Resource & Resource Managers and resourcing teams, the Cluster Senior Resource Manager drives capability, governance and performance, ensuring resourcing supports business objectives and delivers an exceptional stakeholder experience.

Acting as a trusted adviser to the Cluster Resourcing Partner and the Audit Resourcing Directorate, the role translates business priorities into workforce strategies that optimise capacity, improve performance and support sustainable growth.

You’ll be someone with:

• Proven experience in resource management
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to deliver key messages to a range of stakeholders
• Commercial approach - being able to focus on the key needs of the stream to ensure we have the right size & shape to deliver the high quality work expected
• An inquisitive mindset, keeping up to date with industry changes and adapting to changes in technology
• Ability to build and articulate a story from underlying data
• Experience working in a professional services environment
• An understanding of the financial audit process
• Knowledge of Dayshape or a similar resourcing solution
