About the Tax Graduate Programme
This is a chance to learn the industry inside out. Over three years, you’ll get hands-on experience on real projects, balance your work and your studies, and study towards a CTA or ATT/CTA qualification. With the support of BDO’s subject-matter experts, you’ll gain a range of personal, management, and commercial skills that take you from a graduate to a well-rounded professional. All you need to bring is inquisitiveness, a mind for problem-solving, and a hunger for knowledge. And after the programme, there’s a permanent role waiting for you. This environment has been built to facilitate your development – from partner-led monthly workshops in our Tax Academy to the relationships you’ll build with your national tax trainee cohort. About You
Wherever you work with us, you’ll need to be curious, resilient, and adaptable. Bring a data mindset, strong logical and analytical skills, and critical thinking – we’ll give you the tools and training to develop everything else you’ll need. Due to the current minimum salary requirements set by the Home Office we are only able to offer sponsorship in some of our office locations. You and the role you are applying for must meet the UK Home Office visa eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa.
Programme-specific requirements:
- A 2:2 degree in any discipline (obtained or predicted)
- Three A-levels or equivalent at A*-C excluding General Studies and Extended Projects (obtained or predicted)
