We are looking for an individual to join our fast‑growing Private Equity funds tax team.

In this role you will develop technical, commercial and client relationship skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Run client relationships and act as the key point of contact, ensuring prompt and anticipatory responses to client requests and maintaining regular contact.
  • Oversee a portfolio of clients, delivering tax compliance and advisory services, managing billing and risk, with support from senior team members.
  • Deal with varied tax issues, supported by partners and directors.
  • Leverage internal networks to serve clients in the UK and internationally.
  • Coach and develop junior staff members.
  • Drive your growth and demonstrate key skills to progress within the firm.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn and develop, with interest in the private equity sector.
  • Ideally qualified ACA/CTA (or equivalent) with demonstrable post‑qualified experience.
  • Experience in mixed tax, corporate and/or partnership tax compliance and advisory roles (private equity fund and management structure experience is a plus but not essential).
  • Experience dealing with client stakeholders, senior management and supervising staff.
  • Self‑motivated with excellent communication skills.
