In this role you will provide delivery support within the HR Generalist team, reporting to the Senior HR Manager. You will support across selected elements of the Tax stream culture agenda and wider operational people activity, as required—for example, annual people processes, implementation of firmwide performance changes including actions arising from people and culture priorities.

The role has four key areas of focus:

  • Culture programme support: support selected elements of the Tax culture plan through coordination, governance, tracking, reporting, communication and implementation. Contributing to localised culture plans as required.
  • BAU and cyclical HR delivery: support the Senior HR Manager with day-to-day BAU activity and wider people and culture projects.
  • Project deployment: provide support on stream led programmes where people and culture expertise and input are required.
  • Continuous improvement and implementation: Identify opportunities to continuously improve and streamline key people processes in conjunction with other SMEs, professional and business support teams.

The role will coordinate actions, progress implementation, prepare updates and reporting, provide practical guidance to leaders, and identify opportunities to improve delivery and BAU effectiveness.

You’ll be someone with:

  • Ideally educated to degree level and/or CIPD qualified;
  • Experience of working within a professional services or partnership environment beneficial but not essential;
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice;
  • Proven experience as a credible and assertive business partner influencing up to Partner level;
  • Proven experience of developing effective processes and suggesting new ways of working;
  • Ability to project manage multiple projects and priorities;
  • Comfortable with systems with an ability to make commercially based recommendations on the basis of data.
