We’re looking for an experienced Director to join our Business Consulting practice, with a focus on the Financial Services sector. Working closely with our Financial Services Advisory team, you’ll help clients identify opportunities, design practical solutions and lead transformation programmes that deliver measurable business outcomes. As a trusted adviser to C-suite leaders, you’ll help clients navigate change, improve performance and achieve their strategic objectives. You’ll lead consulting engagements across business transformation, operational improvement, organisational effectiveness and performance improvement, while developing and coaching your team. You’ll also build and maintain senior relationships across the Financial Services sector to support the continued growth of our Consulting business.

You'll be someone with

• Significant experience in a senior operational, transformation or business improvement role within Financial Services.
• A proven track record of delivering complex business change, transformation and organisational improvement programmes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex challenges and develop practical, commercially viable solutions.
• Experience building credibility and trust with C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of Financial Services operating models, regulatory environments and industry challenges.
• A track record of originating, winning and growing consulting opportunities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients execute change, not just plan it.
