You will be both comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDOs partners.
As Human Resources Manager your responsibilities will cover a broad spectrum of people related activities with a focus on delivering added value at all levels of the firm.
As an experienced HR Professional, you will play an integral role in supporting and enabling the Partners to deliver on a broad range of HR projects, and HR strategic initiatives to include and not limited to talent attraction and retention, engagement and communication, performance development and introducing and complying with best HR practice.
This role is key to driving forward the firms strategy of providing exceptional client service from empowered people and is integral to the overall success of the Firm.
