The Expatriate Tax Hub offers UK Expatriate and US Tax compliance and wider support to the national Expatriate Tax and immigration team. Your role is crucial in driving the Hub's technical growth and supporting the Tax Stream's long-term plan. We're seeking someone with strong technical knowledge and experience to focus on quality, training, and knowledge sharing. This role follows a hybrid model with 2-3 office days per week.
You’ll be someone with:
- Accountancy qualification (ATT/CTA – fully qualified) or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical experience in UK Personal Tax legislation, especially Expatriate Tax.
- Proven experience in SLA delivery, quality management, skills gap training, and embedding a ‘Quality First’ culture.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Confident in interacting with senior stakeholders, providing appropriate challenges.
- Exceptional time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to use initiative and take a flexible approach.
Desirable:
- Experience in Professional Services.
- Experience in performing or managing Accountancy Tax-related work.
