To support a new Reg Tech organisation preparing for a critical presentation to the European Banking Authority (EBA) in June in Copenhagen. The role will focus on structuring a compelling, evidence-based investment narrative, validating key commercial and financial assumptions, and ensuring the proposition is clearly articulated from customer, client, and investor perspectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- EBA Presentation:
- Work with the founder to structure a clear, persuasive story that will resonate with regulators and investors
- Translate technical capability into customer, regulatory, and commercial value
- Proposition Clarity Articulate value from:
- Customer (societal impact)
- Bank/client (customer identification, efficiency, compliance, risk reduction)
- Investor (growth, scalability, returns)
- Financial Validation
- Review and challenge key assumptions
- Refine forecasts and ensure alignment with strategy
- Investment Case
- Define funding requirements and use of capital
- Clearly articulate ROI, growth trajectory, and value creation
