We are recruiting for a Regional Deployment Lead to join our client, a multinational technology and consulting company. This is a 12 month contract opportunity, offering an excellent day rate, employed via an Umbrella company.
About the role:
The Regional Deployment Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the deployment of programs, projects, processes, systems, and operational initiatives across the assigned region. The role ensures successful implementation, stakeholder alignment, adherence to timelines, risk mitigation, and achievement of business objectives while maintaining operational continuity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deployment & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end deployment activities for regional projects and transformation initiatives.
- Develop and manage deployment plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure deployment activities are executed within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor deployment progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive standardization and consistency of deployment methodologies across locations.
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with regional business leaders, operations teams, and other support functions to ensure seamless implementation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for deployment-related communications within the region.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, and project steering committees.
- Build strong relationships across multiple functions to drive alignment and accountability.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify deployment risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize operational disruptions.
- Escalate critical issues and provide recommendations for timely resolution.
- Ensure lessons learned are documented and incorporated into future deployments.
- Change Management & Communication
- Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
- Develop communication plans and deployment readiness assessments.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and training coordination.
- Drive user adoption and business readiness initiatives.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure deployment activities comply with organizational policies, governance requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Track deployment KPIs and success metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Support post-deployment reviews and stabilization activities.
- Reporting & Governance
- Prepare executive dashboards, deployment reports, and governance documentation.
- Present deployment status, risks, achievements, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Maintain project documentation, deployment trackers, and audit-ready records.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 14β18 years of experience in project management, deployment management, operations, business transformation, or implementation roles.
- Experience managing regional or multi-site deployments in a complex business environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and deployment frameworks.
