The Sales and Marketing team are recruiting for an Operations Manager - Employee Engagement. You will be responsible for strengthening engagement, capability and cultural cohesion across the Sales & Marketing function. The role ensures that as the function grows and evolves, people are supported, developed and connected to the firm’s growth ambition and people culture. This role acts as the anchor for morale, development, wellbeing and internal communication, ensuring the function is not only high performing, but sustainable and inclusive.
In this role you’ll:
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires and redeployed colleagues, as well as partner with HR on progression pathways and workforce planning.
- Design and deliver engagement initiatives across the function.
- Develop structured training pathways aligned to role families and coordinate technical, commercial and leadership training.
- Support capability building aligned to growth strategy.
- Support communication of structural updates and key milestones.
You’ll be someone with:
- Experience in people operations, talent development or engagement roles.
- A strong understanding of organisational change and cultural integration.
- The ability to balance empathy with operational discipline.
- Experience of programme coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Confidence working across senior leadership and junior colleagues.
