- Proven experience developing and maintaining eLearning for complex software platforms or enterprise systems, ideally within eDiscovery, legal technology, data governance, cybersecurity, or other highly regulated technical environments.
- Demonstrated experience designing learning for systems-based workflows, role-driven processes, and end-to-end user journeys within software platforms.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical, procedural, and product information into clear, engaging, and scalable digital learning experiences.
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and UX best practice for digital learning and software-enabled training.
- Experience building knowledge checks, assessments, and interactive learning components to validate understanding and support compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with rapid authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), or equivalent platforms.
- Experience producing system simulations, guided walkthroughs, or scenario-based learning for complex platforms.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and learner experience within digital products.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with subject-matter experts, trainers, product teams, and Business Change stakeholders.
