We are seeking a Director to scale a technology-led resilience offering within our Digital practice. This is a strategic, client-facing build role. The successful candidate will lead client engagements, build technology-enabled resilience solutions and draw on an established network to grow the offering. Operational Resilience sits at the core of the role, with cyber governance, DORA, and wider regulatory drivers forming part of the landscape. The role works across Digital teams to deliver integrated, technology-enabled solutions for clients across sectors.

You’ll be someone with:

  • Experience operating at Director level in Risk, Resilience, Cyber, or Digital consulting
  • Strong resilience, business continuity, and incident response experience
  • Experience delivering end-to-end resilience, cyber, or digital transformation engagements
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
  • Established network with the ability to originate and grow new opportunities
  • Ability to bridge Cyber and Digital solutions to create integrated offerings
