We are recruiting for a Design & TOM Lead to join our client, a technology company. We are offering an initial 12 month contract, with the option of permanent opportunities. Starting as soon as possible with an excellent day rate, employed via an Umbrella company.
About the role: The Design & Target Operating Model (TOM) Lead is responsible for architecting and delivering the future-state Finance organisation as part of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This includes defining the operating model, governance frameworks, end-to-end processes, talent strategy, and service delivery model. The role is pivotal in transforming Finance from a traditional transactional function into a scalable, AI-enabled, data-driven, and insight-led capability that delivers measurable business value, enhanced productivity, robust controls, and organisational agility. Acting as a strategic connector, this role bridges business strategy with finance operations, digital transformation, automation, AI, process excellence, and organisational redesign.
