Join BDO's International Institutions and Donor Assurance (IIDA) team as an Audit Manager and make a global impact. You'll work with prestigious organisations like UN agencies and the European Commission, providing assurance services such as audits, certifications, and consultancy. Lead engagement meetings in English and French, both virtually and in person, and prepare audit plans based on a thorough understanding of terms and grant conditions. Coordinate and lead audit teams, write and review reports, and represent IIDA and BDO before international stakeholders. This role offers unique travel opportunities, allowing you to gain insights into the development sector and the international donor community. You will be someone with:

  • A professional accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / DEC or equivalent) is preferred
  • Bilingual French with excellent verbal and written English a minimum requirement
  • Audit experience
  • A genuine interest in international development and this sector
  • An ability to communicate in a professional, constructive way
  • Proven track record in audit and assurance work
  • International travel for assignments (travel can include, but not be limited to, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East)
