They have an in-depth knowledge of business, industry sectors and markets and understand the constantly changing risks and opportunities at the heart of our clients' affairs. The team work across strategy, operations and improvement as well as at a transactional and defined project level. You'll be someone with:
- Extensive experience in leading delivery of financial advisory services to large mid-market, multi-national and/or complex businesses facing stress or distress. This will include Independent Business Reviews ('IBRs'), liquidity/working capital reviews, financial modelling, financial restructuring and stakeholder options analysis.
- Experience of advising senior decision makers across stakeholder groups, including C-suite.
