About the role:

- Support the enhancement and development of governance structures, including policies, procedures, frameworks, and escalation processes.
- Assist in the establishment of a new Managing General Agent and contribute to the framework for Principal and Appointed Representative arrangements.
- Support the automation, streamlining, and harmonisation of internal compliance processes across the group.
- Contribute to internal compliance projects and wider strategic initiatives as required.
