After a comprehensive induction and welcome to BDO you will follow with 12-weeks office-based training in a friendly, collaborative environment. You will be fully supported by managers and team members in helping you to succeed. Flexible working after initial induction and training period is an option.

You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.
Our Business Support Hub provides administration support for all BDO offices across the UK. As a Business Administration Assistant, there will be potential future development to other Administrative roles or Personal Assistant roles supporting partners across the business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and formatting Powerpoint and Word documents to a high standard ensuring compliance with BDO's brand and CVI guidelines
- Maintaining client records in the firm’s CMS system
- Drafting Letters of Engagement and Disengagement Letters
- Monitoring firmwide mailboxes and distributing emails to the correct person(s)
- Creating important client packs; accuracy and attention to detail required for printing, scanning, binding client information
- Providing ad hoc office based assistance
- Assisting with project work as needed, this might include conducting research, updating spreadsheets, data cleansing, processing bulk updates in firmwide systems, and supporting various administrative tasks
