We are looking for motivated and curious individuals to join our Trainee Audit programme. As an Audit Trainee, you will gain valuable insights into the business, work on real projects and obtain a recognised professional qualification. We will cover your fees and give you the training and support you need to balance your work and studies. You will also develop a variety of personal, management and commercial skills that will help you become a well-rounded professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist within the wider team by obtaining and documenting audit evidence
  • Liaise with clients as needed, dealing with issues that may arise, escalating to relevant individual
  • Prepare analysis of accounting data from client’s books and records
  • Active engagement with client staff in the gathering of appropriate audit evidence
  • Participation in group, stream and firm wide activities
  • Successfully study towards your professional qualification

Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours

  • Hold an undergraduate degree of at least a 2:2 and/or gained 3 A-levels grades A*-C (or equivalent from IB pathways) and/or have obtained a BTEC level 3 with at least a Merit, Merit, Pass
  • Received GCSE grades 9-4 (A*-C) in English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent
