BDO Christchurch is seeking a CA/CPA-qualified Senior Accountant to join our growing Business Advisory Services (BAS) team. You’ll work across varied industries, contribute to advisory engagements, and continue building your technical and commercial capability in a supportive environment.

Our BAS team supports clients at every stage of the business lifecycle, combining accounting, tax, and pragmatic commercial advice. Success here blends strong technical skills with clear communication, problem solving, and a proactive approach.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality accounting and business advisory services
- Prepare financial statements and tax returns for a diverse client base
- Contribute to reporting and advisory assignments
- Provide management accounting support at client premises as needed
- Review work completed by juniors and provide coaching and guidance
- Support workflow delivery alongside Managers and Partners
What you’ll bring
